👋 Hey, Buckeye Nation!
Ryan Day and the Columbus staff would be executing a balancing act when they get commits from blue chip prospects. The current starters can see their time on the gridiron being reduced.

The high school commits are athletes who have not performed under Saturday night lights. Losing a proven player over possible potential can affect the morale of the locker room.

Do you see Ohio State starters leaving in the portal if too many blue chip recruits start getting starting reps?
Thursday’s Results: 80% of you will not be catching up on the new PAC-12 games. The prevailing sentiment was that these games would not be of good quality and the rivalries would be new and untested. There is also a lack of connection to the west coast teams and unless these teams make it to the postseason, this new version of PAC-12 will be going under the radar.

Not all rivalries hit the same. The Oklahoma Sooners have not scored a touchdown against Texas in the last two years of the Red River Rivalry. The last touchdown came on October 7, 2023 when the Sooners won 34-30. Imagine if Ryan Day was able to hold Michigan to such a stat after this year.
