The NIL landscape has completely transformed college football, and one can argue both the pros and cons of the change. But it is the reality now. There’s no going back. The same benefits have been extended to high school athletes, except in six states. Students in Alabama, Hawaii, Indiana, Michigan, Mississippi, and Ohio cannot sign NIL deals. A five-star Buckeye commit from Ohio wants to change it, and he’s taking legal action. Let’s dive in.

Ohio State leads the all-time series decisively against Wisconsin: 63 wins to 18 losses, with five ties. In Madison (Wisconsin’s home), Ohio State is also very successful: its record is 28-12-2.
